Because my email and password will not work.  Apparently some other people had this problem as well.  So they sent out an email with a temporary email and password and of course that won't work either.  The customerservice people were very nice and have now forwarded my problem on to the Tech support people.
 
On top of that my caravan just bit the dust on my way home from work and the tow truck just dropped my off.  You know how high those trucks are? well I am pretty tired and was not paying attention when I stepped out and missed the step down step on the truck and almost went face down on the ground.
It has not been a good night.
